1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver our products across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote locations.
International shipping is currently not available.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • A link to track your shipment in real time


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure you provide the correct address and phone number.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or the customer being unavailable:

  • The order may return to us

  • Re-delivery charges may apply


7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing items:

  1. Email us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  2. Attach photos and your order number

  3. We will resolve the issue with replacement or support
