At Vinorra Skincare, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Since we deal in hygiene-sensitive skincare products, our return and refund policy is clear, simple, and transparent.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened skincare products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products purchased during special discounts or sales


3. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return:

  2. Attach your order number, product photos, and the reason for return

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will schedule a pickup from your location


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The returned product passes the quality check

  • The delivered item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Replacement / Exchange

If you received a damaged or defective item, we can offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

  • If unavailable, a refund will be provided


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
