We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or opened skincare products
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Free gifts or promotional items
Products purchased during special discounts or sales

If approved, we will schedule a pickup from your location
Refunds are issued only when:
The returned product passes the quality check

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
If you received a damaged or defective item, we can offer:
A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
If unavailable, a refund will be provided
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
